We start the workshop with a gin welcome drink, the all-rounder spirit.
You will learn everything necessary and interesting about the history of gin, the production of gin and everything about tonic water.
This is followed by a tasting of 6-7 different gins and 3 different tonics.
Meanwhile we talk about what to look out for, the great hype about gin and the future of gin.
